ship creek fish hatchery - the king salmon are geathered at the bottom of the fall and are trying to get up

this is a nice fish, all the fish I caught to day were red salmon going up the Kenai river  

this was the largest of the day and the best looking fish 

here is a picture of some of the fish I netted today,the longest was about 26 or 28 inches 

this is about fish No. 11, fighting the current and the water alone made for a good exersing day 

here I am fixing the net - it got raped around the the end
